Would your affairs survive contact with death or incapacity?

A will answers almost none of that. This platform keeps a living picture of what you own, what you owe, who depends on you and what you want to happen, and then tests that picture against the events that will eventually happen to you.

Read the help centre What this is, and is not

Five questions, answered at any moment

What do I have?

Everything you own, owe and have in place, including the parts people forget: suretyships, loan accounts, a policy taken out decades ago.

Where is it?

Every document, digital and physical, with who holds the original and where it actually is.

Who gets what?

Every beneficiary nomination across every instrument, in one place, with the date each was last confirmed.

What must happen?

Separate plans for becoming ill, losing capacity, and dying. They are not the same event and they do not release the same information.

Could they actually do it?

The question that decides whether any of the rest mattered. Your executor and your family are tested against the real record, not a checklist.

What makes it different from a will generator

Three engines read the same picture and report what a filing cabinet cannot.

The contradiction engine

It compares what you say you want against what your arrangements actually say. A will leaving everything to your current spouse while a life policy still names your former spouse. Percentages that do not total a hundred. A nominated beneficiary who died two years ago. A bond you want settled, with no cover that would settle it. These are the findings a family otherwise makes far too late.

The scenario engine

You test your plan instead of learning succession law. I die tonight. My spouse dies first. We die together. My executor cannot be found. My estate has no cash. I am unconscious for six months. Each one runs against your real record and reports where the plan breaks, and why.

The readiness engine

Separate scores for legal, financial, family continuity, medical, funeral, digital and business readiness, each with the specific unresolved items behind it. Never a single blended percentage, because a single number tells you nothing you can act on.

The intestate simulator shows what the Intestate Succession Act 81 of 1987 would actually do with your estate, set beside what you say you want. Most people are surprised, and it is usually the moment a plan stops being a someday task.

Built around four states, not one status field

StateWhat it is forWho is using it
Alive and capablePlanning, review, keeping the picture currentYou, and your planner
Alive but incapacitatedMedical, financial, household and business continuityYour nominated representative, your family, the treating clinician
DeathThe immediate hours and daysYour family
After deathEstate administration until it concludesYour executor, an attorney, your family

A family at two in the morning on the night someone dies needs a different screen, holding different information, from a planner conducting an annual review. Treating those as one workflow with a status flag is the most common way products of this kind fail.

Three promises about your information

We never store a password

Not yours, not ever. The platform records how an account is recovered, never how it is opened. Anyone contacting you for a password or a one time code is not us.

Your data stays in South Africa

Stored and processed on our own hardware inside the country. It is not sent abroad.

It works when we do not

Your emergency card, your executor pack and your family pack are printed and held with your will. If our systems were unreachable on the worst night of your life, your family would still have what they need.

This site is for a platform still in development. There is no client sign-up yet. The help centre describes the service as it is being built, and is published so that advisers, practices and early clients can see exactly what is intended before anything is sold.
